High Intensity Daily Personal Activities

OCHS understands the critical need for comprehensive support that individuals with disabilities require to manage their daily lives. Our experienced Registered Nurses oversee the overall clinical management with dedication and expertise.

Daily Personal Activities

We offer personalised assistance for individuals needing support with their activities of daily living (ADLs). Our experienced support workers deliver this care in the comfort of participants' homes, ensuring a high standard of service and expertise.

Assistance with Travel/ Transport Arrangements

We recognise the crucial role of transport in empowering participants to access disability support beyond their homes and achieve their plan goals. Our travel and transport support services ensure participants can safely and conveniently travel to and from their destinations.

Community Nursing Care

OCHS’s skilled nurses will conduct thorough and holistic assessments that are culturally sensitive. They will systematically gather accurate and relevant information to evaluate health and care needs comprehensively.

Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (SIL)

We recognise that managing daily tasks in a group or shared living arrangement can be challenging. We offer assistance and supervision for activities of daily living (ADL), tailored to the needs of each participant.

Innovative Community Participation

We are dedicated to fostering social inclusion, enhancing social connections, and building self-confidence in participants. We encourage active involvement in community events, enjoyable activities, visits with friends and family, and the pursuit of new skills.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

OCHS understands that living independently requires mastering a variety of skills essential for managing daily tasks and responsibilities. We support the development of these vital life skills for participants.

Household Tasks

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe home environment to ensure the health and safety of participants, staff, and visitors. We are committed to performing essential household tasks to support participants in achieving this goal.

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Opero Custodian Healthcare Services (OCHS) is dedicated to facilitating and overseeing participants' engagement in community, social, recreational, and economic activities. Our services include facilitating access to community resources and centres, accompanying participants on shopping trips, and ensuring attendance at appointments and engagements.

Assistance Animals

Opero Custodian Healthcare Services recognizes the profound benefits that assistance animals offer as part of disability support. We are dedicated to helping participants find suitable assistance animals and ensuring their ongoing care, including comprehensive training and proper licensing.

Specialised Disability Accommodation

Opero Custodian Healthcare Services recognizes the significance of residing in a home tailored to individual needs. We collaborate closely with NDIA, Plan Managers, and Support Coordinators to ensure superior care and accommodation support.

Group and Centre Based Activities

Specialised Disability Accommodation

We provide functional and accessible Specialist Disability Accommodations for participants. We also mediate with the NDIA, Plan Managers and Support Coordinators to ensure high-end care and accommodation based on the preferences of participants.
